If you need to cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible in order that other patients on the waiting list have a chance to make an appointment in your place. Unfortunately the average time to wait for another appointment is 6 weeks.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at half the appointment fee that would have been payable as there would not be time to contact a replacement and expenses will have been incurred.
